Each artwork comes with its own unique certificate of authenticity containing a torn photo depicting the unique individuality of the welded signature on the silhouette. The welded signature is like a human fingerprint, impossible to replicate. A copy photo along with the other half of the torn photo is kept securely by Olav Sorensen Design.
Powder coated steel can be used on indoor and outdoor silhouette artwork. A powder-coated silhouette provides a high quality coating that is tough and durable. In exceptional circumstances, Olav may agree to a different colour to black. Ring if you have an idea.
Olav Sorensen silhouette art has been bought by clients throughout the world. We can handle all the paperwork and practical solutions to deliver your cherished silhouette artwork to your location. For deliveries within the UK, our in house, dedicated and experienced team can deliver your artwork to your desired location. Due to demand for these artworks please be aware that Olav will do his utmost to craft your artwork within 30 days but it may take as long as 60 days.
Import Fees/Duties
Orders to some countries may be subject to import fees/duties and taxes when delivery takes place. This is dependant on the country you are ordering from. This is normal procedure for any product bought online and is out of our hands. Many orders will not be subject to import fees, but for those that are, please be aware that these fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not the responsibility of Olav Sorensen.
Returns
Olav Sorensen artworks are handcrafted to order, meaning each one is unique. We can only accept returns on faulty items, and can not accept returns due to change of mind. All sales are final once placed. In the very unlikely case of your piece arriving broken or faulty, you have 7 days from delivery to let us know via email at info@olavsorensen.com and we will replace or repair it free of charge.
